if i switch back to a elf will it reset my parameter so i can change it because i have no attack right

Nothing, you keep them. However, the new faction's castle will be empty, you have to construct everything anew. If you go back to an old faction, you have everything you had built before. You also keep all the faction skill points you had earned with the old faction.
