Like is it done automatically or does an admin have to come onto empire and send all of the awards?

No body knows
Once again only an admin can tell because how would any players except arctic know. They have nothing to do with the admins |

There are 3+ prizes for seven factions and 11 levels. 231+ winners.
That's unlikely there is any manual work involved further than clicking on "assign awards", IMHO. |
