| each time you complete a quest successfully and report back to the guild you have a random chance of getting an element. as you get higher levels in the guild, you get more types of elements. |

| Vald, from te look of your combat log, you either havent done a merc quest for a long time or you've never done one! Go to yellow lake and try a quest! At level 9 they should be pretty easy for you! |
| For your level you could easily do 200 MG quests. |
| im lv 8 and i have done over 350 mg quests with no trouble on most just be careful with caravan quests they r the hardest cause u r not sure wat u will fight |
