Next to the in-game time, it would be neat if it displayed the date. I just burned through 2 durability on a full Great Hunter set because I thought it was still May 1. :( |

I know that players can use the time difference to calculate the server date, but there should be a place where one can find the server date other than going through forum posts, combat logs, or transfer logs.

To announcing when exactly special events occur and end.

To longer lasting events. Many active players were not even able to experience the anniversary (due to time difference aka sleep or work) or were only able to make use of 1-2 fights during that limited time. |

I also lost durability on my full art set when event ended. Not sure how useful a date would be but it would be every useful to know how much longer an event has to run. |
