| because casino is admin account and she controls all the roullete. so they are sending her gold so she dont waster thier gold and let them win the roullete. |

yea you heard right it is random but she can control it but she doesnt . she make it random. but players thinking that they win if they send some gold to casino. |
Yes, roulette is random, and no one actually "controls" Casino.
A random number generator is used.
They just think that character is lucky or something...
I guess Casino is all of Empire's winnings... |
