There are no forums, and it is illegal to beg in private mail
I suggest you look through multiple accounts and maybe eventually you will find an account that gives loans
Then politely ask for one
Though, loans are not very secure, this is why people dont give them to anyone |

3.21. Any banking and bookmaker activities are prohibited without exception.
Banking activities - granting loans with interest, receiving money from other players on deposit accounts, pawn shop business, insurance operations or any other bank activities.

Just ask some players, but be sure not to annoy them.
Could ruin your reputation.
And IF you did not read or skim through what qulows posted, then here's a brief explanation.
No interest.
Many players do not give loans.
Do NOT create multiple characters just for the sole purpose of loaning.
Last but not least, return in 1 month, or get blocked, or heavily fined.

From the time that i have player, people give loans among these standards:
- The player has LG 3 at least. This way the player can repay fast
- The player has a good Clan Transfer log
- The player asks nicely and asks for a reasonable amount of gold
I know a few players that do give loans |
Also, jeydeep. Have patience. You don't have much need for money at the moment. Artifacts are a luxury that isn't worth wasting money on before level 5.
Also, no-one will lend money to a gambler. Stop gambling and you wont need a loan. |
| mostly friends loan you money and have a locked private mail and a note in transfer log to prove its a loan, yet i think the gifting rules of 30% are aplicable for loans as well |
