All arts have ammunition points (AP). You currently have only 3 AP on.

Cheapest combo is:
light axe (or steel blade)
defender shield (or leather armor + medal of bravery)
From level 5 and up you need to use 1 weapon (main hand) and AP.
level 5: 5 AP
level 6: 6 AP
