As soon as you use it instantly addes 25% of your max mana to your currently (upto your max).
So if your max mana is 40. Each tube will restore 10 mana. |

Mana tube restores 25% of maximal mana reserve.
Take it like this, Wizard has 0 Mana ATM after a group battle.
He has 40 Mana total.
He uses the tube and gains 10 Mana (10 is 25% of 40)

It is true that you cannot use them in battles.
However, in the case of magic casters who require full (or almost) mana to be effective, it can help reduce the waiting time between battles.

Full restoration takes no more than 15 minutes. 1% is restored in 9 seconds.
6. How long does it take to restore mana?
Full mana restoration takes 30 minutes for your maximal mana reserve.
Perhaps waiting now is fine with most people, but when there are combat events, it might come in handy. |
