Private mail, its only private if both both parts agree to it and keep the confidentiality.
Did the one you abused with swearing agree to confidentiality?
I know what privacy means, maybe you should understand how private mail works, i.e.. people who blackmail people in "private" mails also get reported |

Punishment for what?
it's simple. if the reason for your fine is "Swearing in Private Mail" you have most probably sweared in Private Mail. it's up to the other person to decide if he felt offended or not, and thus make a complaint about it or not. |

You got justice. 5000 gold of it. It is forbidden to insult people through any game channel. If you use real mail in real life to abuse someone, police can and will arrest you, even if they didnt have right to open your letter. But if the victim reports you to the police, they can act.
Same thing here. Admin didnt open your mail, he cant. The mail was resent by its reciever due to abuse.
PS: Just open any mail you got and write the id number from your transfer log instead of the one in the link in browser. It works if you still got the mail. |

Player A sends a mail to player B (example: sms_id=1)
Player B takes it as an insult and resends it to "insults" (sms_id=2)
Player A gets fined and the description of the penalty is is blablablab sms_id=2. Player A searches his mail, but he cant find it. He can only find sms_id=1 .......
Each mail has an unique id and if you resend it to "insults" the id gets changed and the offender cant read it anymore. But no worries, ive already told "insults" and hes aware of it. Ive also offered a solution. From now on it should go better. |
