| If I want to join a military clan, and the cost is 10,000 gold, does this mean i will need 33,000 gold first, so that the trandfer is not considered "illegal"? |
If I understand rules right, joining fees over 500 gold count as donations to the clan, so yes.

military clan entrance cost is 5000 gold not 500 like normal clans
then most of military clans asw for 10000 gold that's couse they want you to refund them of the over 3.000.000 gold cost to militaryze that clan |

Yes - entrance fees to clans (and donations), count as "gifts" and thus must therefore comply with the 30% of networth per month rule.
Clan leaders have previously been fined for accepting gold to join their clans when the person giving does not have anough networth to legally make the transaction. |
