Is it allowed to play several battles from different accounts at the same time?
I'm sick of people wasting my time waiting till the last second, and then they give what they think is an excuse: "I'm playing another tournament".
If it's allowed, what is multi-login then?

No where in general rules disallows this, as long as they aren't in the same battle.

Would be more interested to hear from you, where have you seen that this is forbidden, or even just where the term is used.

Probably not, unless you want to play only with trustful friends or clan mates. | Dalek may be referring to General Rule 3.8 and 3.8.1.
Rule 3.8.1 is now, apparently, enforced automatically by the game software.
3.8. The fact of logging multiple characters in the game from one computer must be by all means shown in the "character information" of all those characters with explanation of reason (relatives, friends, playing from a computer club etc).
If the player he is talking about doesn't mention other characters in his/her profile, then this rule is breached. It's yet another common indicator of illegal multis.
