Description:
Creatures' basic recruit count is increased by +3 for tier 1, +2 for tier 2 and +1 for tier 3.
i cant understand this pls explain

It means you would get 3 sprites, 2 fk and 1 elven bowman but you get much more. | | no its says Creatures' basic recruit count is increased by +3 for tier 1, +2 for tier 2 and +1 for tier 3l, what is tier? | Tier means the series of creatures. The higher the tier, the later you will get the creature, the stronger the creature will be and you will be able to recruit less of that creatures.
You got tier 1 at level 1, which was faries.
You also got tier 2 at level 1, which was fk.
You then aquired tier 3 at level 3, which was elven bowmen
You received tier 4 and tier one (upgrade) at level 5, which was druids and sprites respectively.
And so on...
