Under character name, there is this:

After highlight something, like copy link for example, click [q].
So it look like this.

There is a small q
Now highlight what some of what that person said and click the q

It's a quote. There are multiple ways you can do it.
You can select text, then click the little [q] beneath the player name and it will put it in the message box at the bottom of the page.
Alternatively you can just type {quote} in front, and {/quote} behind the text you want to appear that way. Just replace {} with []. I can't use the correct brackets to demonstrate or they would disappear, obv.
