Hi,a guy has informed me that if i give him thief crossbow,he gives me 20 diamonds,when i asked him how he will transfer diamonds,hes saying it is made possible after a new update

No, it's not.
Diamonds can't be transferred.
The person contacting you is just trying to lure you into changing your in-game email, which will in turn let him get your password and take control of your account.
Forward the message to Secretary, and be smart in face of con artists. |

| Use his mail where he asked you to send the crossbow in return for diamonds. Click "Reply" and instead of his name, add "Secretary". This will forward the important things to the correct reciever. |
