Hi,
Since I can't send pm to GM or whatsoever I am obliged to post a message here.
Yesterday I was in a battle against zombies, because I had worked for 10 consecutive times without fighting. I was leading the fight when suddenly the connection to the server was interrupted. I was not able by the means at hand to reconnect to the server for serveral hours. When I was able to reconnent (a few moments ago) I noticed that instead of finishing the fight I had lost the fight. For me this is a big issue since I am unbeaten since I started and was planning on keeping this so for as long as possible. I do not wish to proceed with this lost fight. My request is the following: I would want to kindly request to erase the undeserved (and actually non-existing) lost fight.

Shotgun 30% | Your fights have to be completed within 5 hours. That's a serious interruption you had. The game policy is to count these fight as a loss.
Consider that anyone wishing to keep a clean record, in face of bad odds, could then close his browser window and wait for 5 hours to "forget" about his battle...
You can contact Secretary for your request, but don't hold your breath.
On a side note, willing to have 100% victory ratio is totally unachievable in this game. You're not the first to try. It might seems possible on levels 1-3 or even 1-5, levels where the game is so easy anyway that this feat is totally unimpressive, but later on you'll lose some battles eventually, you can't escape it, unless you choose not to play anymore.
So if I were you I wouldn't bother too much ;) | | what Kotrin said is completely true + all ur fights till now are hunts except 1 duel at lvl 1, once u try out group battles u will surely have some losses, either from afk or bad team mates, many tried to achieve 0 losses but it is quiet impossible to achieve, all u can do is have a high win percentage... | keeping this so for as long as possible
It seems that now this is it.
I am sorry, if it comes out wrong, but well, out of 1000 players who lost their fights/card games with bets up to 10000, what makes you think you deserve such special attention? If I may do you expect to be exception during every server maintance,elektricity failure,storm,flood or whatever.
Also, does anything change for you after you have 1 loss? It is bound to come. 1ts loss. Always painful. If you are keeping this record just for yourself, you can be still happy. You are without a loss. If you do it just to brag, no worries. ;-)
Level up and contact secretary, I dont see any use in that but you are free to try. :-) | @ Nahdont: I would need to level for that, which is in contrast with my intention not to play anymore with a loss on my count. It seems, though, that this is my only option, but I have the feeling that they won't set this right.
@ Kotrin: Where did you find such rule? It was not in the rules last time I checked and I can still state that after heaving read the rules again. If that would be a rule in practice I do not see the benefit of heaving such a rule. 5 hours is meaningless and a loss is completely unfair. How did you understand from my previous writing that the either the connection failure had taken so long, either that i would have "forgotten" about the fight? I dont know about you, but i try to keep a regular amount of sleep and i maintain a personal life.
Of course I would lose eventually, maybe already when I would do the group battle for the tutorial, but not for a hunt, certainly not yet ...

Since admins are almost invisible that actualy means admins wont do anything like they did it till now so Omega is completely right and u didnt understand what he wrote :D | | 4. Well, many people tend to disagree, because they are lost in a battle (battle screen didn't load proper) and they don't want to quite the game forever. After 5 hours they can play again.
What did you expect? That you can start a fight, go on your Honeymoon, come back and still finish the fight?
BTW: After Level 6 you'll be very familiar with loses (Thiefs). So, if you can't lose than this is the right time to quite anyway. Dont worry, by the time you pass level 8, I assure you will have over 100 loses. xD |
