| Actually there was one battle which is draw. And it was cause by the escort ability of Knight Talent. Sorry , I cannot find the battle. |
draw doesnt exist, if it is a "draw" then it counts as a loss for both players.
a lev2 vs a lev1 ending in a "draw" and both had no artifacts. (lev 2 = dark elf, lev1 = elf)
level 2:
gained 1 fsp
gained 261 exp
counted as a loss
level 1:
gained 1.26 fsp
gained 339 exp
counted as a loss |

Knight level 5 versus DE (or Elf, Wizard, Demon, Barbarian, Necro)
The last creatures are one Grif (with 2 hitpoints) and one Forest Keeper (with 8 hitpoints). If the FK atk first, and the Knight player escot his Grif, then the Grif died, but, cause the escot, the FK died too (I think).

If you are using all units that you have lost. Not matter if the opposit troops already have been killed or not.
You can notice that easy in MG or hunts, where you still lost the battle, if you wipe out all troops with one spell. |

Draw does exist. I remember seeing a battle where something like aijez described happened, or a battle where what ANTI-hacker said happened, I just forgot the link.
I do remember the result though: When a draw happens, both sides gain nothing (not even experience or fsp). I have no idea if it is considered as a win or a loss. This is because the system was programmed for a draw - and when it happens, the system have no idea what to do, so it does this. |

in such a case.. both lose and lets say if a MC or TC is going on then the mercenary or theif dont get t1 point in that guild lose the battle and get a failure
same with any kind of hunt..., battle, pvp or duel etc..
draw only exists in a card game but i don't thin kyou get a gambler's guild point there too |
