Firstly my apology if I am using the wrong forum because I am not actually accusing an individual player of any wrong doing.
My complaint is in regard to possible breaches of the Rule 2.2 regarding scripts.
What I am writing about is a rort that I believe is happening within the game and would like investigated. The intent is to find the culprits assuming there is any wrongdoing from what I think is very suspicious behaviour.
My regular hang out is East Bay and I regularly purchase produced items to assist with my enrolment.
Almost every single time, every single day when I purchase an artifact and then enrol at a Production Site (which I make sure I do very quickly), within 10 seconds someone is there restocking the resources consumed from my enrolment.
This occurs during the day and at night irrespective of whether there are 300 players online or 1300 players online.
I am often online in the game at times when there are few other players. At these times there are rarely more than 20 people online at all the productions sites at any one time.
Now when there 300 players online and less than 20 players enrolled at all the production sites in East Bay, it makes no sense for a player to be sitting online refreshing the page every few seconds to earn between 0 gold and 7 gold profit per resource.
Now I can understand when people say "such and such has no life", but this takes it to a whole new level.
I don't believe anyone can be sitting there constantly for many hours refreshing their browser every few seconds making less than a palry profit of less than 100 gold per hour; during times of very low numbers of players online.
For these reasons I believe a script is being used (by at least 1 player) to sell resources at production sites after people (re) enrol.
Scripts are in breach of Section 2 of the rules.

Thanks for that OndaNera. I was unaware of the other topic. It seems other people are noticing this problem too.
It has to be that either that there are a few players with a compulsion disorder who refresh their browser every few seconds, or automatic scripts running on a few player's accounts.
