I think there was a thread about it not long ago, did you searched before asking ?

Anyways, Fern Flower is a new elements, it gives an enchanter the possibility to get a 5th enchantments on an arts. Aint that cool ?

There we go. :)

It allows you to put 5th enchant to your equipment (for 5th enchantment you need to use Fern Flowers+Elements).
