when my morale is 1 and 4

that is because the gargoyles and golems are not living creatures.
the magi is a living creature though.
creatures that are not living do not receive benefits of morale. |
You have only Gargs and Golems now.
Gargs are Elementals and Golems are Mechanical so Morale is useless on them.
