well, actually we can: because illegality is not created out of the intention but from the plain numbers. Paying back a loan with interesst is illegal. doesn't matter if it was a mistake or intention.
it could technicaly be a loan to x-O-x, but then you MUST declare it. even if paid back within a month i would consider it mildly illegal. |
