| It shows 10% because the artifact was made that way. It has just been relieved. End of story. You drink the potion, you get your parameters reset, no penalty right now. |

How DID it affect? :-)
It used to give you -10% initiative for few hours(2-3, dont remember really). You just had to drink it before you went to work or to bed or something, because your creatures were slow and dizzy for a while. |

Description:
Magical potion with stupefying effect. The hero who drinks it will lose all his or her primary parameters and can learn new ones instead.
The initiative drop effect has been temporarily relieved.
Remember:The parameters you received from Hunters' and Laborers' Guilds cannot be discarded.
The side-effect is now canceled for the duration of talent wheel testing period. There is no penalty for using the Potion. |
