Just the LG8 by itself isn't really normal. :)
I don't even have to spend time to find the player name; off the top of my head I think I can guess who that is.
Technically players can still get LG8 and only be level 7 with the new workaholic rules without ignoring the penalty. 10 enrolls for every victory means 951 victories. |

easy to answer: he has accounts on both servers. While player develop his ru character, on com only type codes every hour (before workaholic introduced) and fight once in a while. |
| 1) Laborers' guild mechanics reconsidered. Any Lord who has worked 10 workshifts in a row at Empire's facilities since his or her last victorious combat, shall suffer an efficiency drop of 20% at each further enrolment, down to 10% of the usual efficiency. One victorious combat of any type restores it back to full 100%. |
