Even introduction of Fern Flower could be some small event.
Players wouldn't feel so abandoned.
Many small events make much much bigger effect than one big update (which gives the same changes to the game as all those small events).
That's the money, which admins don't take, because of their laziness.
It's not easy to make a game with always being 500-1000 players online, believe me.
With such amount of players their can earn thousands of euros.
There are so many ways to make players happy and earn money from them.
Currently I'm playing other online game (it's sad that I can't mention its name here).
I was really surprised how they made the game for FREE and how much money they earn from players at the same time (they've already got millions).
Main idea there:
- you can play it free and get everything you want (in theory)
- BUT that will take much time of your real life (about 5 years or more)
- if you want to get everything fast (and 90% of players want it) then you have to pay real money
- some things are very cheap (like $15 per month) and give HUGE bonus (you have almost everything, but only for that month)
- many things are not so useful, but players do buy them really often, because they wants to be better than others, even if its only temporary and makes you only slightly better (for example, there are many items to buy with very temporary bonus) | [Post deleted by moderator DragonFlayer // flood...]

So you've registered two weeks later all those things were implemented, and maybe that's why you are so optimistic and have so much hope. I don't. Regarding the updates I rather think this bad ones will come regardless if we want them or not , without any good ones..
Unfortunately I can't be optimistic when I know that in reality there are no admins looking after the .com server. The point I made is purely based on my business experience. If admins want more money from their players (and they do, they must make sure not to force the majority of players out of their game. This means that they have to give something in return, like:
- Make a big marketing campaign to promote this game, so new players will come to cover those who leave the game.
- Create new challenges in the game so that players will actually want to invest money so they can participate in those events.
- Merge the 2 servers. | - Merge the 2 servers.

At this point this is the most likely scenario. They made the .ru server so expensive that the Russians are either quitting or coming over here.
I believe that the admins are smart enough to know that they can't implement the labor rule over here, and expect this server to survive. Not without new and exciting tournaments, clan battles and the infusion of several thousand new players ;)
I also believe that they know .com players can afford more easy to pay real gold, IF the admins give them enough incentives.
If in the next 2-3 months we'll see a good admin activity in this game, we'll know that this is the truth. | for SirM0rphius:

Wrong. Russian players come over here not because it's too crowded on .ru, but because they know and love the game. Many people have registered here on .com long before they start actively playing, and they start to play here more often recently because of the lame changes on .ru.
Once again, many many people WERE here long before you start to see them.

You are sooooo optimistic!! Can't share that kind of positive thinking toward the admins, sorry.
I agree with you regarding the business sense, you are totally right about what they should do, but i very doubt they will. We'll see, I hope you're right, but once again, that's very very unlikely..
My judgment is based on the game experience, not on the business sense.
