| You did almost everything right - the only mistakes I noticed was that you should've finished off those Wolf Riders when you had the chance. They took your Shrews' retaliation and let the Ogres get in close. |

you could have let your forests wait instead of rushing at rocs.

| Yeah you could have waited with fks or split 1 fk fro all of them if you really wanted to rush at them very early and you could also build a magic guild so that you can make eficient use of that mana . |
Youo can do the following:
Stoneskin the fk so it takes less damage.
Don't use the druids to melee when you can use it to protect the bowmen. With the ogres which goes first being low in number, the druid should be able to suffer two hits before it goes down. At least, if the ogres hit the shrews.
Use the druids to protect the bowmen, and in turn when the druids are down, use them to protect the shrews.
Count the number of tiles it takes for the ogres to reach the shrews and the bowmen after the druids died. If the druidis dead, it means the ogres can step there. Since your bowmen is going to shoot before the ogres arrive, you can use druids to block the bowmen.
When the rocs had hit a hole for the ogres to get to the elven bowmen, since the ogres are pretty slow, your druid can fill the hole which the rocs had made.
You can try take a few sprites.
Watch other people's hunt, and copy their strategy on how to block the ogres. |
People can do it differently, but last as long as you can..

i was hoping to build a magic guild when i reached lvl 5, but i didnt know about the 5 ap thing and couldnt get enough money :(

Not what I meant. When the Raiders' life went down to 1, you could've finished them off with a single normal shot. Or better still, like MiAlso said, you could've used another unit to kill them, and in doing so covered the shrews as well.
Don't become over-dependent on talents or special abilities; tactics are still the most important part of any battle. |
