sell it to a production factory that uses it as a raw material.
For eg. :-

Location: Yellow Lake
and
Type : Leather helmet plant
Location: Yellow Lake
problem you will face is that both these facilities lack gold to buy your leather.
So stick around, keep refreshing , as soon as someone buys a leather armour, factory will have money, then sell fast, you will be competing with a lot of people who may enroll and the money will be gone.
(not to mention illegal scripts)
