Bidding price : 1
Buyout Price : 999
Than someone bid with 1 gold and won (since there aren't any other bidder)
Is it ok or did i break any rules?

as long as it's not financial aid,i think that's nothing to worry about.
but if you start to sell expencive stuff like that, you'll be in trouble, since it would be very suspicious |

I have never done an auction and got no idea what's the settings available. But IF there is a minimum time period of at least say.. 1 day, then even if the same player won a lot of such auctions at 1 gold, it still can't be viewed as suspicious since anyone can bid higher, right? - Since the seller/1 gold bidder can't stop anyone from bidding higher, no? Or am I missing something here.. again? haha.. :p |

Auction duration can be set as low as 30min. Also instead of 1 gold, maybe someone keeps bidding and winning numerous wooden shields for 9999 gold.
Anyway any activity where a particular character (or group of characters) are supported by another character (or group of characters) would look suspicious and would probably be deemed illegal.
But let's say the same player keeps bidding 1 gold and winning all your auctions. You are right that you can't stop anyone from bidding higher and anyone can overbid your supposed multi, but maybe somehow you found a loophole. The result is that somehow this 1 character has bought 100 wooden shields from you for the price of 1 gold each through the market. Anyone would find this suspicious. |

Something like this WOULD look suspicious, however legit it might actually be -
