if a player sends you PM , you can block him by clicking on "Delete and block author" button . He will not be able to send you any more messages. Thats all.

I Disagree. He CAN. Here's how:-
If you want to BLOCK / BAN players, earn lots of money in real life, Buy the server from the admins and block anyone who offends you.
