I know that crafted arts are "rare", and heroes try to craft art with high durability. So my question is: Do crafted art for 1 lv exist? And where can I try to find them in case they do?

| see players craft only high level arts but you are level 1 it is very hard for your level craft arts and nobody cant send you them. |
