If I spot a person with many illegal transfers between multiple accounts then he should be reported in CaA, but I don't remember how to report him(writing the report, format of report etc.).
If my previous application isn't closed yet can I write the new application in it or I have to make a new topic?
Most common type I see is:
player 1 : https://www.lordswm.com/pl_transfers.php?id=xxx
player 2 : https://www.lordswm.com/pl_transfers.php?id=xxxx
and so on.
Should the complaints be written in this format or in any other?
Is it necessary to provide some math to prove the complain? |
That common type is fine if it's obvious multi support. It would be better if you could also find out which one looks like the main and which are multis.
And if the transfers are not numerous small transfers but a few large ones, then you should quote those transfers. |
Some people who are just reporting others get banned so why do they get banned? Example of people are:

Dionysus
Sven91
and tons of other people too |
