in this transfer log, it was written that this(multi) had sent 200 gold as gift. however it's was BEFORE i decide to put Mr-Kim as multi (see transfer date and when does my main were created), so, what i should do to prevent this char from being block for violate rules 3.13 :-

if not, then i should :-
1) told WhiteArctic(the one who receive) to pay back the 200g
or
2) report this account for violate rules 3.13 | Hi, I want to report multi!
