| can anyone show example of workalcholic penalties |
Generally, it shouldn't affect you at your combat level. You only have to start thinking about the penalty when you are maybe CL 12 or more.
Basically, you just need to win 1 battle every 10 enrolls to keep the penalty away.
When the penalty is in effect, you'll see it in any facility/mining page when you are not enrolled. |

i thought it was CL 5 or more... when the min AP rule comes in play.. could you please explain to me the rational behind it(ie why after CL 12) ?

The reasoning behind it is that it becomes harder to win a combat at higher combat levels. Obviously CL 12 isn't the absolute line you need to watch out for. It is only a guideline.
