| Suppose I only assist in hunts (which I do) and after 9 enrolls I assist in a hunt and win and get almost 0.25 sp. Will WP be delayed by 10 enrols? Or wil the new rule about 0.5fsp have some impact? |

i enroll 6 times, counter = 4

In the words of an admin:
6) The workaholic penalty is now completely relieved only in case if the lord receives at least 0.5 skill points in the victorious combat. Otherwise, only a fraction of the penalty is relieved, proportional to the FSP received. |

I'm not so sure...I always thought it was a percentage.
i.e, you example would be:
i enroll 5 times, the counter is down to 5 now.
I assist a fight, got .25fsp, counter back to 2.5 (which is 2 or 3, I have no idea. I have a suspicion it's e.)
i enroll 6 times, counter = 8.5
I assit and got only .2fsp, counter =5.1?
