Site is recommended for new players - section TUTORIALS (button at the top of the page) where you will find description of game mechanics. There are also many kinds of references for both newcomers and experienced players necessary in daily gameplay.
The site is constantly evolving, so if you find any mistakes, please report them in this topic or send a message to player LITWIN with details.

Another problem.

I found the following:
When clan leader is changing, clan member is allowed to:
in forum section "Clans" they must post a petition for refund 100% taxed and additional money paid to the clan
this action cannot be done later that 7 days from leader switch date.
należność tą spłacić musi poprzedni przywódca klanu - jeśli się z tego nie wywiąże, może to prowadzić do zablokowania jego postaci w grze
