| As wizard, for Raising Dead you need Magic Guild level 2. You can build it once you hit combat level 8. |

the question is that i have the same troops in skill level 1 and 2
according to the upgrade there must be an increase in the recruiting
so am i not getting the recruit |
Wizards do not get an increase in troop count with the increase of faction level.
Only necromancers are able to recruit more skeletons from reserve, and knights are able to upgrade more lower tiers units into higher tiers ones. |
