Try using another format. Use some photo converter and change it to .jpg.
I know you might have the photo in .jpg format already, but for example my camera creates .jpg that is not working with this server too. After some resaving the photo, it worked. |
You may need to change the file extension. There are known compatibility (in general for all software) issues regarding .jpg
jpg formats:
.jpg
.JPG
.jpeg
.jpe
.jif
.jfif
.jfi
It may also help if you used different software to save the picture. |
