Can one transfer an element to person for an artifact?
is it allowed?
For eg. I transfer a Meteorite Shard to a person for 1 gold and he transfers me a reprisal sword for 1 gold. |

It's just like selling and buying something else.
As it is, a meteorite shard is about 3000gold and a Reprisal sword is also about 3000gold, so not much of a difference. |

its just a give and take in kind ..
so it is until the cost doesnt vary much lyk exchanging a moonstone with 1 reprisal. |
Exchanges in non-gold form is legal.
Only 2 problems.
1. There is no secure transfer method.
2. Make sure there is no crazy difference such as exchanging 1 wood for 1 TGI. |
