No matter how high your hunter guild lvl is ... you will have to buy a TGI from the market or with diamonds, unless anyone decides to gift you one ;) |

^^ To level up, first u must enter the guild and it need a TGI to enter.
Buying and diamonds is all most common ways you can do. |
