It is described on the Commander's Guild page where you set up the battle. There is a box on the right with the requirements for Standard, Standard Enchants, and Free For All.
Standard Enchants requires a certain amount of Enchantments, I believe the number displayed is the total % of the effects your Enchants give.
I also believe Free For All has no lower or upper limit to AP or Enchantments and anything goes. |
