I met barbarian caravan and I lost, then as long as I know you are supposed to get easier caravan of that same type.
But that second barbarian caravan had almost doubled the total HP of all creatures. I just do get it.

I faced 27 cyclops, 20 raging cyclops, 4 rock, 3 thunder birds, 8 hobgoblins, 4 goblins, 14 ogre magi = total HP 5564
In second caravan https://www.lordswm.com/warlog.php?lt=-1&warid=25507479
I faced 132 orc chiefs, 37 cyclops, 18 ogre magi, 16 ogres, 36 hobgoblins, 60 goblins = total HP 7815
Maybe I make some mistakes in that HP calculation but that is not the point. The second caravan was supposed to be easier one, but I dont think it was.
Could someone please explain it to? Or say how exactly is the strength of caravan decreased when you loose.

There are no orc chiefs in the first caravan and there are no thunder birds in the 2nd caravan. | Yes those are 2 types of caravans so no comparison could be done. But 1 point is that total HP has absolutely nothing to do with strenght of caravan. E.g. demon caravans with devils surrounded by few mistresses or sucubis and same type with hell horses surrounded by few mistresses or sucubis.
Those 2 caravans are of same strenght
39 Devils
2 Mistresses
6 Succubis
And
150 Hell horses
10 Mistresses
30 Succubis
First one has 6474+60+120=6654 HP
Seconds one has 7500+300+600=8400 HP
So 2nd has 26% more HP, but they are equal difficult | | To further elaborate "strength" is not determined by HP, but an internal strength value is allocated to all creatures. This internal strength value might say that 1 Devil = 4 Hell Horses. Obviously in different situations and for different players some might find that this isn't true.
