Portion of oblivion does not have such an effect ... all it does is let you rearrange your primary parameters... i.e. attack, defence, knowledge and spell power ! |
| as stated above. That 10% initiative was penalty of the potion for some time after using it. Potion of oblivion allows you to rearrange all your primary points except those won by HG and LG level update + your starting point at level one :) |
| The Potion of oblivion does not give you 10% init. In fact it is a penalty of -10% init, which is temporary effect that is currently suspended. Basically the potion just lets you rearrange your primary points. |
