They were blocked because you are
a) Supposed to only have 3 characters, you have at least 4.
and B) Are not allowed to transfer between them, (Financial assist).

Characters that are blocked do not usually get unblocked, so you have lost them.

Don't say I didn't already warn you. You should still follow my advice before all your accounts get blocked.
