No. However, you can buy a hunter's license from the hunter's guild in Great Capital to decrease the amount of time between hunts.

Since level 3 when a hunt had been done (won or lost) you will need to wait 1 hour for the next hunt. but if you pass by the hunt you do not need to wait 1 hour.
I will suggest you to assist other hunters and share your hunts just to have more often! |

the one you can buy with gold does nothing.
Actually it is reducing the time a next hunt will come for about 25%. So instead of 45-60 minutes you need to wait 34-45 minutes. |
between, you can start to try some mercenary Quest at YEllow lake whereas waiting your next hunt. In this case you can do hunt and quest so more fights in a single hour. Reduicing time between each hunt is not the best way to have fun and fight more often. Mercenary Quest are usefull for : Gold, Elements and primary bonus each 2 MG level.
Time to try something more.

| you cannot .. you need to be in yellow lake |
#11 use the map and move to Yellow lake. There click on map again and public services : Mercenary Quest are there.
Some will be easy when other will be impossible for a level 5. Take a look to :
