AuthorThree questions on DE lvl 5
I have 3 questions that keeps staying in my mind:

1.What talents should I put when I'm a lvl 5 DE? Basic Offence, Basic Erudition, Basic Fortune, Elemental's call or other talents?

2.If I want to be a very domineering DE, should i add on knowledge+spellpower(thats makes me a Magic De) or should i save my money till i'm at least lvl 8 then i'll buy MG 1&2?

3.What recruiting should i add if I like hunting+enrolling?

Basicly, offense and fortune are the same for you. They're both good.
Elemental call is mostly usefull if you're going for a mage-build. Which is quite good untill you get shrews. Then you want a might-build for sure.
Erudition... Not a personal favourite for me when it comes to DE's.
Other talents: Basic Leadership. It's pretty good. Different use than fortune, but none the less it's as good.

When you get Shrews, you don't want magic any more. Your Shrews deal alot more damage than magic, and alot faster. At least at this level. There are of course variables to consider, but for the most part, you want might here.
Before you get the Shrews though, magic is great.
I suggest you start putting some points in Kn+Sp. It's fun to blast things, and when you want to change into might you can buy a PoO.

3.What recruiting should i add if I like hunting+enrolling?
For the most part, Rogues -> Minos -> Bandits. (The poisoner-upgrade is good, but not really needed.)
In some cases you want more meat if you're a mage, which means Minos, but normally the Rogues are the best.
i recomend u get poisoners when u can cause their rather handy.....
good for taking retail n poisoning ( against shooters )
basic offence is good for might build while elemental call for mage build.....
Yeahh and poisoners are the fastest shooters ever .. they have 13 inits, while orcs just 11 .. :(

Poisoners are also the weakest shooters ever, and they're few as well. Their ability to poison would be great if they were more of them, but sadly, at level 5, they won't poison much.

With their initiative of 13 though, they're good for taking retals.
My use of Poisoners were to attract shots so that they wont shoot Liz cal, dont know why but their higher in the AI agro list than Liz, although still lower than Rogues and of course, Shrews. For most Yellow hunts, Poisoner can take all the fire in a hunt so that Liz can reach the other side.
do not buy poisoners on lvl5. why?they could take retail but just use1rogue stack i hardly believe liz would get 2strikes often enough to make it worth of a such a lame uprage.poison ability is absolutely useless.
Poisoners will be great for level 5 and 6 but once the rogue recruitment increases, they become obsolete.
naapa.... my poisoners won me half my hunts when i was lv 6 n 7......
Meh, seriously, of course the poisoners are good. It's just a question of resources.

Reyron, if you can afford them, they're a great asset. If you can't afford them, it's not a huge loss at lvl 5.
