It's an automatic message so replying to it is meaningless, that's what it means. It's sent every time a thread of yours is moved to another section.
Your question should be on "Queries and help" so Mod correctly moved it. Also you should have chosen a better header more to the point, I've seen a full page of the forum filled with "why" and "what", it was fun but tiring also :P

If you know what an automatic message is, I assume you understand that it's not some sort of censorship that prevents you from replying to that message. It's that you simply "can't".
The reply will go nowhere, to no one, and no one will ever read it (except if the admins for some weird reason go into the message-history).
