My brother and I, have been discussing how much speed a monster gets, when they get speed.
I say they get +1 speed, and my brother says they get + 2 speed.
Can anyone tell me whats right, and about it always has been that way? |
| a monster get +1 speed every 10 combat turns. |
| Every 10 turns neutral monsters' speed is increased by 1 |
