The number in the Productivity column is the multiplier to the wage that is declared in the facility you're working at
For example, you work at the Gem mine in Blooming Glade for:
176 at LG 0
176 * 1.1 = 194 at LG 1
176 * 1,2 = 211 at LG 2

.
176 * 2 = 352 at LG 6
