i go About the game and see the exp table....
i saw faction lvl 3 +1%to troop..
but my bowmen got jus 10.4% int(normal is 10%) |
The normal initiative is not in %. ;)
This means your bowmen should have 10.1 initiative. You probably have bonus from somewhere else as well. |

Your bowmen have 10 initiative (normally). That's the unit value, not percentage.
Other than that, you also have +1% from faction skill and +3% initial racial parameter as elf, summed up to +4%.
10 + 4% = 10 + 10*0.04 = 10.4 initiative. |

Yes, in that case it would be +4 ini.
Just don't forget that 100 initiative isn't quite something imaginable =) Currently initiative of all creatures varies from 6 (min) to 18 (max). |
