Wizard Mini-arts used to cost money to have to build them.
When the game was re-balanced, mini-arts became free with lesser effect, and those who had paid for mini-arts got 100% refund. |

If you had Mini-arts BEFORE the re-balance, you would have already received your refund. As Mini-arts are now free, there is no refund to be given. |

This is correct. Each mini-art would cost. To get the best of any mini-art would cost hundreds of thousands for the higher level players.

yet the artifacts back then had more effect. this is what id consider an unfair privilege.
you fought using those arts. probably won some duels, hunts , maybe a minor tournament or something and it was fine as you had to pay more for it. ok. but why refund ?
you used them guys. free choice. no one made you. and then you get refunded. if it was a 50% refund i would get it. maybe refund for the latest mini arts but full 100% refund? |
First off, it wasnt 100% refund, even if stated so, it was about 98%. Their buying price was slightly more expensive.
holts, you seem to be just jealous. How fair would be if someone would buy mini-arts for 1 milion gold, then after a week, administration would CANCEL their effect and take 500 000 gold from their price.
Only fair thing to everyone was to refund all the same price. After all, they were not buying them to USE them. They were buying a permanent addition to their troops power. If you take something permanent from a player, isnt it fair to give him full buying price for it?
Please mind that you could DISMANTLE them for 90% price manually BEFORE the update. Refunding them for 100% was only a slight raise, giving wizards much less power.

They were refunded for 90% even before upddate, and that was voluntary. |

Wizard units are weaker than other units. Mini-arts compensate for that.
And you probably don't know that whenever you sold those mini-arts, you lost 10% of their value. Every time you gained a wizard level, you lost 10%.
A full set for a skill level 8 wiz could easily cost 800000 gold or more, I believe a skill level 9 had to pay around 1 million.
So, you just paid 1 million for the best mini-arts, and then admins decide to make them free for every player of your level, and not refund you...

You obviously don't know what you're talking about. On lvl 8, I had for 400k worth mini arts.
Other players had TGI, another catle, or full sets. I had mini arts. |
Really, use the search function to find some old thread talking about what mini-arts were. Its not like you got refunded for something you used up.
You got your gold back for something that was taken from you. And something you could have 90% of money back at will. |
