We automaticly have "Hellfire"-talent selected.
Hellfire means that our troops have a 30% chance to deal 7+7*SP additional damage on each hit. It does cost 5 mana each time it is used, and if we run out of mana it can not activate. |

If you select might instead, you have other talents. (Expert offense, Cold Blade and... Um... The other one... Battle Fury.)
I don't actually know if the rankings are different for might or magic. I'd ask Arctic. |
nope, same rankings.
You compete against all players from your level, regardless of their faction or might/magic choice. |
