Your noble aspirations do deserve all possible praises, but may it be known to you that no one has ever been released from the Imperial Detention Block just on the grounds of someone's decision (with the exception of Her Majesty’s will of course). I am in charge of the Imperial Detention Block and it is my duty to my Motherland, our glorious Empire, to prevent any exemption of the captured prisoners.
I suggest you to put an end to the brewing rebellion and reconcile yourself with what has happened. Should the above said not take place, hundreds of my faithful skeletons shall defeat any Lord who dares to approach the Detention Block confining Lord Arctic by one single yard.
Seeing your indignation at putting Lord Arctic into custody, Her Majesty hath entitled me to come out and announce this epistle to you. Should the unrest not be stopped, I have received the directive to fight back everyone willing to assault, and one who thinks himself fit good enough to challenge me and defeat me in a fair skirmish may attempt to set Lord Arctic free. But bear in mind that only the fittest of you shall be able to accept my challenge, which is the Lords who have reached the 13 Combat Level and beyond.
There is a lot at stake – Lord Arctic’s freedom. The one of you who defeats me in a fair battle will receive a memorable trophy and thereupon release Lord Arctic from custody.
However, remember, my honorable Lords, I am the Captain of Guardians of Her Majesty’s Detention Block and my duty is to fight till the last drop of blood. The first Lord who defeats me shall receive the key to the vaults where Lord Arctic is imprisoned and thus he shall set him free. |

Fear not, Councilor Feurlis, I shall return to camp and choose worthy warriors to accept your challenge.

It would seem that you have recieved the best equipment and supplies the the Empire has to offer. I would accept your offer in a heartbeat, but alas, me and my men are too inexperienced for you challange.
